Blood Bank Community Relations Donor Recruiter

The Northern California Community Blood has an excellent opportunity for a spirited, dynamic individual who will highly value the diverse range of experiences this position offers. The Community Relations Donor Recruiter plays a key role in strengthening blood donation efforts through strategic communication and marketing initiatives. This position is responsible for recruiting donors and meeting goals primarily for in-house whole blood collections, while actively engaging and educating the community about blood donation and the blood bank’s mission. This individual will support donor engagement and outreach through creative and impactful approaches. They thrive in the fast-paced team-oriented environment and possess strong public speaking abilities, technical proficiency and creativity.
